Evidence labels
are part of the product.

Native hooks can record activity. The agent can report a phase or result. Visual Team keeps those sources distinct, including when hooks are unavailable.

A “passed” report is the agent’s account of its checks. It is not independent proof that the whole product is correct.

One real task.
From approval to result.

This 74-second edited capture shows the installed plugin and the same ChatGPT card: a genuine native approval request, resumed activity, and the reported result.

Two harmless native reads succeeded. “Passed” covers those two checks. Crops, captions and time cuts are disclosed; no task events were simulated.

Live acceptance covers ChatGPT web and Windows Codex CLI 0.154.0-alpha.6.2. Newer runtime versions need their own checks. Tasks are ephemeral; there are no accounts or persistent history. Live setup needs compatible platform access and your own hosting. Human usefulness testing is still ahead.
